Information you will need for your loan application:
1. Purchase agreement for the home you wish to buy.
2. Address of current residence, including landlords' name. If you have lived at this residence for less than two years, you will also need the address and landlord's name of your residence for the past two years.
3. Names and addresses of each employer for the past two years. A copy of your most recent check stub. Gross monthly salary.
4. If you have filed for bankruptcy within the last seven years, a list of creditors involved and if discharged, a court recorded copy of the discharge.
5. Names, addresses, account numbers and balances of all checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, bonds, credit unions, and all other investment accounts, as weel as statements for the last three months on each account.
6. Names, addresses, account numbers, balances and monthly payments of all open loans, all credit cards, and any other debts.
7. Addresses of other real estate owned. Value and proof of ownership. Loan information on other real estate owned, including lender address and loan number.
8. Estimated value of furniture and personal property.
9. Certificate of eligibility or DD214s (VA only).
10. Name, address and phone number of nearest relative.
11. Payment for credit report and appraisal.
12. W2s and income tax returns for the past two years.
13. If you are purchasing property, construction plans, contract and specifications of home being built.
14. Driver's licence and social security card on all borrowers.
15. If self employed, a copy of financial statements and current profit and loss statement for your business. See your loan officer for other special requirements.
16. Recorded copies of divorce decree, alimony and child support documents.
17. If you recieve monthly government income, you will need to provide documentation and a copy of the last check received.
